What SolveNii processes
SolveNii processes the location you choose to submit, the service category you select, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect provider search. Device location is requested only after you choose “Use current location.”
Provider information
Provider listings, ratings, reviews, photos, hours, and related business information may be supplied by Google Maps Platform. Google may process requests under its own privacy policy. SolveNii does not treat Google Places content as permanently owned SolveNii data.
Google Privacy PolicyPhone intake and request sharing
If you call SolveNii, an automated assistant may collect your name, callback number, service location, problem description, timing, and other details needed to prepare a request. SolveNii does not record call audio. A structured summary and operational event records may be retained. SolveNii will ask before sharing a request with a provider. If you decline, the request is not automatically delivered.
Retention and analytics
Exact location, contact details, and free-form problem descriptions are not placed in product analytics. Provider responses are not persistently cached unless Google policy expressly permits it. Place identifiers may be retained to connect future user-controlled requests with a provider.
Your choices
You can search with a ZIP code or city instead of device location. You can also leave the service without submitting location information. Request sharing requires a separate, clear confirmation. You may instead ask only for three provider options when available.
Service providers and contact
SolveNii may use Google Maps Platform for business information, Twilio for phone and messaging infrastructure, OpenAI for automated voice intake, and cloud hosting providers to operate the service. Contact SolveNii about privacy or deletion requests at tnrkd1@solvenii.com.
